meet mariah and anna.
we do some sort of craft everyday...
this day i made them both crowns which didn't last too long on their heads because pipe cleaners are so prickly.
look at that sassy pose.
mariah got a necklace too. mariah is a sweet little one who has her own personality but also likes to do everything her big sister does. she loves dressing up and has on about/at least 3 outfits a day. she likes to dance like a ballerina and play statues(i turn on music and then i stop it and she has to freeze like a statue). she sits on my lap while i read to her from Where the Side Walk Ends by Shel Silverstein. our favorite is Sarah Cynthia Silvia Stout Would Not Take the Garbage Out. when i put my glasses on to read, she tells me i look funny in my glasses. mariah will repeat the same sentence over and over until you answer her...often i have no idea what she is saying. she listens well and is helpful. i like when she lets me hold her on my lap.
this is anna, she is 4. she is in kindergarten. she doesn't like to dress up as much as mariah, but likes pretty things and wearing pink and purple just as much as her sister. she loves building forts and drawing pictures. she is smart and listens to me too. she likes playing outside and playing games. i don't see miss anna as much as mariah, but i enjoy when she is home.
